- waktu SMP temen2 pada curhat sm gue, katanya gue orang yang slalu memberikan solusi yg paling aneh tapi paling ngena. Makanya gue jadi di panggil Do-Chi = Dokter Cinta. Huahaha…

2. Sejak kapan suka main musik ?
- hmmm, awalnya sih main drum karna bokap gue pemain drum. Gue main drum dari umur 5 taun, tapi pas SMP gue mendadak blajar gitar gara2 tertantang cewe yg gue suka. Dia nanya gue bisa main gitar apa ngga, he he . tanpa mikir gue jawab, ‘Bisa’. Pulang skolah gue blajar gitar sampe beli bukunya. Besoknya gue tunjukin ke dia kalo gue bisa.

3. Pernah nyiptain lagu buat khusus buat cewek gak ?
- Lagu pertama gue tentang cewek yg gue suka pas kelas 2 SMP itu. Tapi sama sekali gak romantis, he he. Isinya gue udah gak suka sama dia karna dia udah ngecewain gue.

We want to apologize to all of those families especially those who lives in South Carolina who lost their grandparents and families due to the killing that caused by the man named Pee Wee Gaskins, our condolences to you all.. Despite we named the band after a serial killer (with a cute name) we really are nice boys.. So before you judge things and finger point or whatsoever, talk to us.. ok gotta go..

We're not better than any of you. We're just 5 overexcited kids determined to catch our bullet-speed dreams.

THE STORY SO FAR:
Pee Wee Gaskins originally began as a solo project for Guitarist/vocalist/song writter Dochi Sadega on Ihcod Agedas in Mid 2007. After swelling to a full line up, we searched the internet for a new band name that's catchy, fun, and deadly at the same time. And then we eventually tagged the words 'serial killer' to the search engine. we found 'Donald Pee Wee Gaskins' and the rest.. as they say.. was history. Pee Wee Gaskins creates a uniquely infectious blend of guitar-mangled, multy layered, melodic rock and catchy synthesizer melodies reminiscent of early the get up kids fused with fall out boy, which cases our effusive pop punk influenced sound.

WHY YOU SHOULD KNOW 'EM:
Pee Wee Gaskins consist of 5 lads arising from south jakarta's pop punk scene with heartpumping teenage hormons ready to rock the stage and doing all they can to have fun. Pee Wee Gaskins is here to have a good time, come and join them.

THE STORY SO FAR: In the two years since it was formed (Mid 2007), Pee Wee Gaskins, a pop-punk group based in Jakarta, has rapidly leapt from the indie scene to the mainstream. With a single full-length album under its belt, the band has been featured in numerous magazines, including Hai, Rolling Stone Indonesia and Trax, as well as appearing on TV shows like O Channel's Demo and MTV Indonesia. The band took its name from Donald ''Pee Wee'' Gaskins, who gained notoriety in 1991 for being the first white man in more than half a century to be executed in the United States for killing a black man. In an attempt to stay out of the electric chair, Gaskins confessed to more than 100 murders, though he never revealed the locations of the bodies. Pee Wee Gaskins began as a solo project for the vocalist, bassist and main songwriter, Dochi Sadega, while he was still playing guitar for metal band The Side Project. ''Two years ago I had an acoustic song called 'Here Up on the Attic,' which I had written for a friend, who eventually became my girlfriend,'' Dochi said. ''She said, 'Hey this sounds nice -- why don't you write more stuff?' So I began looking for band members [after quitting The Side Project],'' he said. Dochi recruited guitarist Sansan first. The two had musician friends in common and had, for a brief time, been in the same band: Killing Me Inside, with Dochi on guitar and Sansan on vocals. The first thing they did was pick a name. ''One day we were chatting on the Internet trying to come up with a band name, and Sansan mentioned wanting to name it 'Serial Killer,'?'' Dochi said. ''We wanted a scary name, but the music we were going to play wasn't exactly scary, so when we Googled 'serial killer' and the name Pee Wee Gaskins came up, it felt like the perfect amalgamation of our pop tendencies and something that was inherently terrifying,'' Dochi said. The pair then recruited musicians Aldy ''Mustache'' on drums, Ai on guitar and Omo on keyboard and synthesizers. By late 2007, the newly formed band was performing at a lot of low or nonpaying events. Before long, it was headlining these shows, as well as performing as guest stars at high-school bazaars, where it built its fan base. By 2008, Pee Wee Gaskins was thriving, with appearances on TV shows such as RCTI's ''Dashyat'' and SCTV's ''Playlist.'' It was also featured on the soundtrack for the movie ''Married by Accident,'' which starred Nikita Willy. In April 2008, the band released its debut EP, ''Stories From Our High School Years,'' through the independent record label Kurd Records. The 2,000 copies of the EP quickly sold out. Dochi said: ''We used the Internet to promote it, and sold it hand-to-hand. We did the distribution ourselves. Total DIY!'' Between 2008 and 2009, Pee Wee Gaskins really took off. Fans, calling themselves Party Dorks, helped promote the band through the Internet and by dropping flyers. The Party Dorks were so spread out across Indonesia that there were local divisions such as Party Dorks Bali and Party Dorks Semarang. But the band's quick rise to the top was also met with disdain by other groups of music fans, who began calling themselves the Anti Pee Wee Gaskins, or APWG for short. Like the Party Dorks, the APWG community also grew quickly, with young people building Facebook communities where they could chat about how much they hated the band. There were also numerous subgroups, including APWG Makassar, APWG Surabaya and so on. APWG has never officially stated its intentions, nor the reason for its hatred. Online discussions do little to illuminate the motivations of members. Juan, an APWG supporter, simply wrote on the APWG discussion board on Facebook that he ''hates the band'' because they are ''homos, arrogant, ungrateful of their fans, copycats.'' Well, they certainly haven't met the boys yet, it's far from all those craps. At a show in Surabaya, a group of APWG members came to a Pee Gaskins show simply to collectively raise their middle finger throughout the band's set. So much negativity would bother most bands, but Dochi seems to take it all in stride. Facing the Surabaya audience of thousands, with hundreds of them flipping him the bird, he said from the stage, ''You guys are still young, don't hesitate to voice your opinion about us. We have come to make friends and have fun.'' Early 2009, the band released its first full-length album, ''The Sophomore,'' which was released through a larger independent label called Variant Records. The album has reportedly sold more than 4,000 copies in two months. A fact that makes Dochi happy, but not quite content. ''If you are feeling satisfied, you are bound to rest on your laurels. Then again, never feeling satisfied makes us complainers. Simply put, we are always trying to push ourselves as far as we can.'' As the story goes, the band is now preparing for their 3rd release on its senior year, Ad Astra Per Aspera, ''to the stars with all we've got'' in Latin.

SEJARAH BAND KILLING ME INSIDE

Killing Me Inside (juga dikenal sebagai Killms) merupakan sebuah grup musik asal Jakarta yang dibentuk pada tahun 2005. Saat ini mereka beranggotakan 3 orang yaitu vokalis Onadio Leonardo, gitaris Josaphat Klemens, dan drummer Davi Frisya, dibantu oleh bassist Agung Anak Gde. Sejak terbentuk, mereka telah mengeluarkan 2 album yaitu A Fresh Start For Something New dan Self-Titled.

2005: Formasi

Killing Me Inside mulai dibentuk pada Juni 2005 oleh Josaphat (Gitar), Onad (Bass), Rendy (Drums) dan Raka (Guitar)[1]. Setelah beberapa saat mencari vokalis, akhirnya bergabunglah Sansan pada Desember 2005. Setelah melalui pengalaman manggung di kafe-kafe dan acara-acara lokal, mereka merilis 3 buah lagu sebagai demo mereka. Lagu-lagu demo tersebut adalah A Letter Of Memories, Suicide Phenomena, dan The Tormented[2] yang nantinya direkam ulang pada debut album mereka, A Fresh Start For Something New

2008: A Fresh Start For Something New

Pada tahun 2008, Killing Me Inside berencana untuk merilis sebuah album. Namun ditengah perjalanan, Raka keluar dari band pada Mei 2008. Raka mengumumkan kepergiannya melalui situs MySpace mereka:
“ Dear friends of Killing Me Inside...

Pertama-tama gue ingin ngucapin makasih banyak sama elo semua yang udah ngesupport kita. Gue (Raka) mewakili pihak Killing Me Inside, merasa beruntung banget bisa ngebangun dan memajukan band impian gue sampe kayak gini. Ini semua tentunya juga karena hasil kerja keras kita dan dukungan dari elo semua. Tapi, gue pada kali ini mau ngejelasin kalo gue harus mengundurkan diri dari band ini karena adanya bentrok antara 2 band yaitu Killing Me Inside dan Vierra. Kedua band ini akan menjalankan kontrak dimana suatu pihak tidak membolehkan playernya untuk mempunyai lebih dari 1 band. Saat ini gue berada di posisi yang bagi gue hasil akhirnya sama skali bukan apa yang gua inginkan, dimana gue diharuskan untuk memilih Vierra yang disebabkan oleh "suatu faktor keluarga" yang sama sekali gak bisa gue tolak. Dan pada hari ini (18-05-2008) gue resmi mengundurkan diri dari Killing Me Inside. Makasih banget buat elo semua yang udah support kita, dan buat Killing Me Inside : "maaf bgt bgt, lo semua tau ini sama skali bukan kemauan gua". Makasih banyak, sukses buat kalian, gue bangga bisa maen ama elo semua…dan please inget kata2 gua "gue hanya putus hubungan kerja ama elo semua,, bkn hubungan sebagai teman".

Sekali lagi makasih, lo smua udah ngertiin posisi gua, dan gue pun juga menerima keputusan elo semua yang tadi, thx...

Akhirnya debut album mereka berjudul A Fresh Start For Something New dirilis pada awal Desember 2008. Lagu "The Tormented" yang menjadi single langsung membuat nama Killing Me Inside terkenal di dunia musik indie Indonesia.

2009: Line-up baru

Pada akhir Januari 2009, Sansan dan Rendy keluar dari Killing Me Inside. Sansan keluar dengan alasan untuk lebih fokus pada band Pee Wee Gaskins, sedangkan Rendy keluar dengan alasan pertimbangan masa depan[4]. Meskipun begitu, Onad dan Josaphat tidak membubarkan Killms. Pada Februari 2009, melalui blog MySpace mereka, Killms mengumumkan formasi baru mereka yang terdiri atas Onadio (vokal), Josaphat(gitar), Davi (drum), dan Agung (Bass).[5] Namun karena alasan ketidak cocokan, Agung keluar.

2010: Album Self-Titled

Pada Agustus 2010, Killing Me Inside merilis album self-titled. Mereka merilis album ini melalui Royal Prima Musikindo Records. Album ini merupakan album pertama mereka sejak formasi mereka berubah. Meskipun begitu, Killms hanya mengkreditkan 3 personil dalam album ini.

Lima dari sepuluh track pada album ini merupakan lagu-lagu yang direkam ulang dari album pertama mereka. Di album ini juga terdapat 3 lagu baru yang menggunakan lirik bahasa Indonesia dan digarap tanpa adanya vokal scream. Di antara ketiga lagu tersebut, salah satunya adalah lagu "Biarlah" yang menjadi single pertama mereka. "Biarlah" diterima secara positif oleh masyarakat umum. Tetapi respon sebaliknya ditunjukkan oleh fans awal mereka. Fans-fans awal mereka justru kecewa dengan perubahan genre yang drastis dari Killing Me Inside.
